- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could rate it no stars I would! This place is a joke!! Way over priced and people in leasing office do not work with you at all and are very rude. I have a one bedroom apartment and my rent is over 1000 dollars and the rent is different each month! That is ridiculous. I shouldn't be paying for water for someone else who has a family of 5 when only my fiance and I live in one apartment and don't use that much water.
